Reinforcing The Neck
To reinforce neck, take a piece of fabric long enough to go around the neck, with seam allowance (about 9 - 10 cm (3 1/2 - 4") on a doll this size), and about 4 cm (1 1/2") wide.
Fold in half lengthwise, fold under 1/2 cm (1/4") raw edge on one end (you don't need to do it on the other, as it will be tucked inside the first end), then fold under the raw edge on both long sides.
